Let's make Musik!

No comments :
Today I went for my FIRST official class!

Kindermusik!
To suss out my musik genes (if any)...hahaha...

Daddy & Mummy just signed me up the trial class; just to see how I would respond to it. Well, initially I was quite subdued 'cos new surroundings mah. So I must take time to warm up my engine first...

But soon enough, I was up and running about liao! Hee hee...and poor Mummy had to run behind me all the time...

We had lots of music activities; like dancing, clapping hands, playing with some music instruments like the xylo...erm, dunno how to spell leh. Aiyah, that ding ding dang dang thingy lah, which you use a stick to hit it. :P

Sorry if the photos are a bit blur hor... 'cos only 1 parent was allowed to stay in the classroom, so poor Daddy had to wait outside the room and watch us in action through the glass door. And actually hor, I think cannot take photos wan lah, but I think Daddy got bored. HAHAHA...

Anyway, I was a bit distracted during the class 'cos I kept glancing at Daddy outside and smiling at him...hee hee. And there was once when I turned to look at him and Daddy just happened to walk away. And I cried!!! Hee...so paiseh can. Daddy says, jialat lah...next time go nursery HOW???

Heh.

One of my favourite hobbies is to...laugh.

HAHAHA.

Really.

I laugh very easily. Whether it's one person hiding behind the door playing peek-a-boo with me, or it's some silly actions that adults make. I laugh all the same. Hee hee...

So next time if you bump into me on the streets, just make a silly face okie? I confirm laugh lah...HAHAHA!

I figured since I can walk on my own for relatively longer periods of time now, I shall make myself useful by helping around the house.

So yes, I've learnt how to use the 'Magic Clean' mop to clean the floor. I find that it's really good in picking up dust and especially hair on the floor. But that's not the primary purpose of the mop lah... The MAIN purpose of the mop is for me to chase Baileys around the house with it. HAHAHA...

All these housework is making me really tired! So where's my Ribena that you promised me, Mummy???

Breakfast & Borders

3 comments :
Today, Daddy & Mummy decided to have something different for breakfast.

Yep, so we went to Swensen's for some yummy breakfast! I heard their ice-cream also not bad leh, but too bad it was too early lah. Daddy took lots of photos (hardly surprising); in fact he took a total of 55 photos! Just for breakfast?!?!??? Hee...

So since got so many photos, then I save my energy and don't type so much liao. You all just see the pictures can liao hor? Hahahaha... And remember, if your computer is slow in loading the photos, it's my DADDY'S FAULT! :P

HAR? What do you mean you never order anything for me again??? How can like that?!?!

HMPH! Bochup both of you liao lar!

Nvm, I got my own Gerber puffs can already...

But in the end, when the food came, of course I had my share to makan too! Hahaha... And it was quite sedap! The pancakes and scrambled eggs were good; at least to me lah. Maybe that's because I hardly eat these so-called adult food. Heh... Everytime when I swallowed my mouthful of food, I would tug at Daddy's hand to signal that my next mouthful is due liao. You see I so nice ah; prevent Daddy from eating too much! HAHAHA...

And halfway through the meal, one kind (& pretty!) waitress passed me this balloon thingy. I think it was shaped like a dog lah, but I left see, right see; also don't look like Baileys leh. *shrugs*

As with all my other toys, I began my 2-step QC process. First, to check its durability, I had to shake it violently. Second, it's the mandatory taste test. But as soon as I tried to put the balloon into my mouth, Daddy snatched it away. How very rude!

Of course, I grew bored with it after a while and felt like getting down from my baby chair liao. I need to walk mah, 'cos must digest the food. Hee... Lucky for Daddy & Mummy, they were also just about done.

Once we stepped out of the restaurant, 2 kiddie rides caught my eye! To the Batmobile - and the Bananas in Pyjamas rides!

But Daddy & Mummy cheapskate lah; only let me sit inside shiok shiok a bit niah. Also never put any money in; in the end, I had to shake my body in a bid to try to get the machine to move ah... So malu. :P

Bye bye my friends! Here's a good bye kiss...MUACK! Cya again soon!

Then in the late afternoon, we went Borders to jalan-jalan. Wah, so many people there! A lot of people were sitting on the floor, reading books. And I thought that Daddy & Mummy were the only cheapskate ones. HAHAHA...

So Daddy & Mummy just plonked me down somewhere in the children's section and got me some books to read.

And I was pretty obedient you know. I just sat there quietly on my own, and flipping the books that Daddy put onto my lap while Mummy was busy looking for books to buy for me.

There were these 2 older girls seated behind me who started to make small talk with me. Hee hee... The elder one was pretty nice; she took this Winnie the Pooh book, started flipping the pages in front of me and tried telling me the story. But you know what I did? I took the book from her and closed it! HAHAHA... yes yes, I very rude. :P

In the end, Mummy only bought 1 book for me - some scratch'n'sniff book. She told me she'll read it to me tonight when we get home. Ohh... I can't wait!!!

Spots, spots, spots...everywhere!

2 comments :
Remember I had a fever over the weekend? Well, turned out that it was a viral fever. 'Cos after my fever had subsided, pink rashes started to make my body their home.

See my rashes? Look like some map hor? Hahaha... Heng the rashes are not itchy or causing me any discomfort. Double heng the rashes only appear on my torso, not on my face. If not, how to go out and see people??? Hee hee...

So it was off to see Dr. Ong again who diagnosed it as Roseola, otherwise known as 'fake measles'. No need medication, he said. Just let the rashes go off on their own in 3-4 days time. PHEW! Me no want eat any medicine! :P

On a happier note, I've got myself brand new shoes! :)

No choice mah, my feet getting bigger liao; old shoes cannot wear already. Daddy says, at this rate, my feet will catch up with Johor's Bigfoot liao. Hmph!

Sandals for the casual moment...

Shoes for the sporty individual in me...

NICE OR NOT? kekeke...

Happy V-Day everyone! :)

No comments :
Today is the angmoh Valentine's Day.

Happy Valentine's Day! I'll drink to that! :)

It's that time of the year again where one miserable stalk of flower costs more than 1 plate of nasi lemak (with 2 chicken wings somemore hor!) or maybe even more than 1 MacDonald's Happy Meal. Hahaha... Yep, so Daddy tells me he very smart wan; 'cos he never succumb to tradition. Yah right...lucky for him, Mummy already told him not to waste $$$ liao. HEE HEE...

But then hor, I think Daddy & Mummy went for some lunch together at some restaurant leh. Details are sketchy 'cos they tried to hide it from me. They very sneaky hor? Hee hee... lucky I got my informant tell me ah... See lah, I missed out on a makan session again. :P

***

Oh, and by the way, my fever balik kampung already. Heng ah... The adults think most probably it was a minor gum infection 'cos I have not 1, not 2 BUT 3 TEETH trying to chiong their way through my poor gums. OUCH! But I'm still ultra cranky lah, especially at night. Just last night, I cried NON-STOP for close to 2 hours! In the end, I have to be brought for a walk downstairs at the garden at 12 MIDNIGHT. And after a few rounds, I can't really remember what happen liao...

Me got a slight fever. Haiz... But I think it's coming down gradually liao. The last I took my temperature in the evening, it was more or less normal. But Daddy & Mummy said must still monitor in the middle of the night.

Anyway, today's the cheena Valentine's Day! And heng I got foresight, told Daddy & Mummy to bring me to that River Hongbao last weekend liao. If not, this week kena fever confirm cannot go ah... :P

So here are the belated photos from last weekend...

There were so many people there! All taller than me somemore ah; so I gotta strain my neck to see some of the lightings. Hmph, wait til I grow taller next year!

There was this giant Cai Shen Ye (or God of Fortune) there too and it was confirm way way taller than me. Hahaha... But I saw something funny; it wasn't raining but many people were holding up their umbrellas high up in the sky leh. Not only that, the umbrellas were upside-down somemore! Very very strange...

Anyway, I bochap lah 'cos I wanna take a photo with my fellow monkeys nearby. Hee hee... but something was distracting me by the side. I think it was a little mei-mei. Quite chio somemore you know... HAHAHA.... :P

Oh, soon it was time for the highlight of the evening! The FIREWORKS!

It was my first time seeing these bright specks in the sky and boy, was I mesmerized by them! Even when Mummy wanted to take a photo of me with the fireworks in the background, I bo hiew her lah. Heh heh...

The fireworks were really very pretty; like huge flowers in the sky. My eyes were fixed upon the fireworks ALL the time and I kept pointing my finger at them.

So nice and colourful hor? Pity it only lasted for a few minutes. And when it was over, I did my 'no-more' hand gestures thingy... just to show my disappointment. Hee hee... Oh well, but my sources tell me there'll be another fireworks display come August. For what I dunno lah, but you can bet I'll psycho Daddy & Mummy to bring me to see again. :)

Botany G

No comments :
Today must be a special day.

'Cos Daddy & Mummy brought me to the Botanic Gardens for a morning walk. But strangely, the last I checked, it was just a normal day leh. Maybe they decided that they needed the exercise? Wahahaha...

And so, it was my first time...and first step into the Gardens...

Wah, really got a lot of green green stuff hor? So many trees, so many plants and so much grass! I wasn't really used to walking on grass yet - it feels a tad softer than concrete - so most of the time I was falling down, getting up, falling down... you get the picture lah.

But heng my bum harder than the grass, so not that pain lah. Hee hee... I was just glad that I didn't roll down the slight slope. :P

Soon, we came to this big big pond! It had many fishes and tortoises in it. But hor, they very poor thing lah, 'cos they like never eat for many years like that. Whenever Daddy threw some bread into the pond, a huge group of fishes will swim to the top and fight for the bread leh. Haiz...poor things lah. Lucky we brought quite a few pieces of bread lah. So hopefully they'll stay full until the next time I go back again.

I also got feed the fishes...well, at least I tried. I wanted to imitate Daddy by throwing the bread into the pond, but somehow my pieces usually end up at the bottom of my feet leh. Halfway through, a swan decided to try its luck and get some free food too! First time I see swan you know, somemore so close-up ah. Hahaha... but it was very pretty and erm, white...just like my porridge. Hee hee...

After some time, bread no more liao. So it was back to walking around the gardens...

I really enjoyed walking! Even when Daddy was carrying me, I was trying to squirm my way down so that I could make use of my 2 tiny but strong legs. Heh heh... I also like to use my legs to kick the brown leaves on the road. Whenever I see a brown leaf on the ground, I would walk towards it delibrately and kick it...then when I see another one down the road, I would walk towards it and kick it again... and repeat. Hahaha...

And sometimes, I would deviate from the road and walk onto the grass. 'Cos softer mah and not so painful if I fall on my precious bum. Hee... And after a while, I began leaving tiny footprints on the path 'cos of the wet grass, as the photo above will show. Very cute hor? Hahaha...

Soon, it was time to go back liao. But I definitely want to go back again! And next time, I'll bring more bread too. Confirm! (Wonder if the fishes like char siew bao? :P)
