More & more photos in Hobart!

My Hobart holiday continued in pictures...hee hee...

We went to the Salamanca Market the next day; it was a huge big pasar malam with lots of stalls selling many different stuff. But it was very different from Singapore's pasar malams lah. For one, they didn't have any ramly burgers. HAHAHA...

There were so much stuff to see and buy! And in the end, Daddy & Mummy bought me a cap to cover my head and ears 'cos the wind was getting chilly. So I let them put it on me lor... I look so funny can...

Next day, we moved hotel; down to this Bed & Breakfast place at Battery Point. The view from the hotel was lagi better ah! Me think Mummy liked this place the best out of all the hotels we stayed in. Hee...

Just check out the view from the hotel man...

This was the fish'n'chips place I was talking about. It sells really yummy & cheap seafood! Actually upstairs got a better one; but that one more atas lah...and more expensive too. So I guess the cheapo one suits me fine. Hahaha...

2nd last day in Hobart - we went out on another tour to Port Arthur. This time it was a much farther place; about 1.5 hours drive away. So naturally Daddy & Mummy were worried as to how I would react in the long coach ride. But no worries man! I SLEPT thorughout the whole journey there - AND BACK somemore ah! I so guai right? kekeke...

Port Arthur was a prison for convicts in the 18th century and it was a self-contained one with its own hospital, industrial areas for the convicts to work in, chapel and other buildings. There is even a night 'ghost' tour ah, where they will bring you around the place at night and tell you chilling stories at the same time. But we never go for that lah...heh...

The scenery there very nice hor... doesn't look like a prison at all leh...

As usual, I had a great time running about in the wide open grass fields... :P

Mummy's fave shot of the trip! :)

Adventures in Hobart continues...

No comments :
Daddy took many many photos during our trip; so this post shall be a photoblog of sorts. I lazy lah...hee hee...

This was where we stayed for our first 3 nights in Hobart. It had a nice seaview in front of it and I could see many little ducks from the window in our hotel room. Turned out that it became my morning routine where I had Daddy or Mummy lift me up to the window sill for some duck-watching. Heh.

As I was saying, the scenery there was beautiful! There were many seagulls too; and I had a great time chasing them. Hahaha...

We headed out for a tour during our 2nd day in Hobart; the first stop being the Bonorong Park. A place where there were many hopping things called kangeroos, and also animals like koalas, tassie devils, hawks and many others!

The highlight was definitely the kangeroos. There were so many of them just roaming about and we all had a pack of food to feed them with. So most of them will just hop towards you, but some also quite dao lah...just lie down and expect the food to go to them. Sheesh... :P

So many kangeroos hor? I had great fun feeding them; primarily because I held onto the food nibblet tight tight, so the poor kangeroo had to pull it away from my hand with great effort. Hahaha...

After the wildlife park, we headed to Richmond - a historic little town. The scenery there was very nice! Just see the photos can liao...me no need say more. Hee...

Swee hor? And they had a nice playground for me to play in too! Yippee!

We headed back to the hotel after that. And along the way I feel asleep, and Daddy & Mummy took the chance to get some yummy take-away seafood...

See me still snoring away in the pram??? I very angry with myself lah; 'cos I missed out on some nice fish'n'chips...and scallops & prawns too! Haiz...

BUT lucky for me, we went to a yummy fish'n'chips restaurant a few days later...2 times in 2 days somemore ah! Heh... But to be continued lah... :P
