viva Vivo

No comments :
Last week, Daddy & Mummy brought di-di and me to what was supposed to be the most hyped about shopping mall of the month - VivoCity.

Yea, that's right baby... how's my pose in front of the upcoming IR?

One thing's for certain - it's really huge! It's so huge until Daddy had to carry me most of the time. Hahaha... actually it's because I was lazy lah.

But there were really plenty of shops in the mall, but shopping isn't exactly my cup of tea now you know.

What I really enjoyed was the outdoor areas at the mall. There was a huge wading pond at the 3rd floor, presumbly for kids like us to play in. And there was also a nice playground in the middle of the mall, also presumbly for kids like us to play although I did see some teenagers playing there. Hmph, take up space only... :P

So in the end, I ran myself silly at the outdoor area of the mall while watching the huge boats sail by. Who needs shopping when you can run around like a headless chicken?

East Coast Playtime!

No comments :
Tuesday was a public holiday, and since the skies have been clearing up of late, Daddy & Mummy brought di-di & me down to East Coast Park for some sunshine.

My Kong-kong, Por-por, Jor-jor & Kor-por (Kong-kong's sister) also joined us too... so happening right? It's actually been quite a while since I last went to the beach, so Mummy was afraid that I may have become scared of the sea...

Erm, well... as you can see, perhaps I really needed some time to get used to the waves again. For the initial part, I was clinging onto Kong-kong's shirt for some assurance. Haha... scared means scared mah, don't take chances lor. Hee...

But soon I warmed up to the waves & sand liao... And so I remembered how fun I had at the beach the last time I was here. I can even start to pose somemore ah... though not exactly your kind of macho beach boy poses...

Lunch soon followed, and I had my first ever lunch by the beach! It was okay lah, although I was more interested in Daddy's ice-cold Slurpee. Hee.

And having fully recharged, I just spent the time running around and along the beach. And of course, Daddy just took the opportunity to take more photos... :P

I even tried jumping, although my legs can't really lift off from the ground just yet. Think running is still more fun lah.

But one time when I was running down the beach walkway, one of my shoes just dropped off... make me so paiseh only. Heh.

Di-di's first zoo outing

2 comments :
Last week, Daddy & Mummy brought di-di & me to the zoo for some fun time. It was di-di's first zoo outing, but I don't think he knows anything yet... still blur blur like me last time.

We saw quite a lot of animals again; like those I had seen in my story books. But since the main lead is yours truly, Daddy didn't take a lot of photos of the animals. He, erm... only took a grand total of two. So let us just get those photos out the way... hee hee...

The 2 honoured ones; the predator & the prey. :P

I was a bit afraid of standing too close to the goat lah; sekali the goat think my hair is a tuff of grass, then kena chomped at how? Don't laugh hor, it happened to me before when I was at Gallop Stables last time okay...

I liked sitting on the tram the best though. No need to walk, got the wind blowing against my face, still get to see the animals... shiok I tell you. Hahaha... And when I was on the tram, I didn't even want Daddy to hold me. I'm a big boy and can hold onto the side railings on my own, thank you very much.

Soon it was time for lunch, and no surprises at where we ended up for makan. :P

Lunch was just a formality in my eyes, 'cos the REAL treat really came after that. It was off to the CHILDREN'S POOL!!!

Interestingly, because I was having a splashing good time at the wading pool, Daddy took more photos of me at the pool than at all the other parts of the zoo. Guess I'm just a waterboy at heart.

That's me trying some NEWater. Hee hee... well, with so many kids running & playing in the pool, you'll never know what goes in anyway. Heh.

In case you haven't realised by now, I was truly having an enjoyable time with all the water around me. Too bad di-di can't join me yet. Guess I'll just have to wait a bit longer before I can dunk his head into the water.

Now that I'm a friend of the zoo, I wonder when I'll be back again? Hee...

More of the Smiley puppy

1 comment :
Unsurprsingly, my di-di just can't stop smiling! Hee hee...

Dunno why, but he was in an exceptional fabulous mood this morning. Maybe he knew that the photos will be uploaded here, so that's why he smiled so much. So vain lor... just like his kor-kor. Hahahaha...

Can't seem to find the reason why he's so tickled. But Daddy says last time I was also like that, smile so much til cannot see my eyes.

Not wanting to be outdone and outshone, I also put up my best pose (& smile) for the camera too! :)

How's that huh? Hee hee... Those photos of me were taken at the zoo, where Daddy & Mummy had brought di-di & me last week. We took lots of photos too... so keep your eyes glued right here! :P

Smiley Puppy

No comments :
If there's one single thing that di-di is learning from me, it has got to be putting on that smiley face. Frequently.

Okay okay, maybe he still has got to warm up to the camera first...

But once he got his engines warmed up, he's on a roll man!

He smiles and laughs occasionally at the silliest things that Daddy or Mummy do. Daddy can use his finger to gently tap on di-di's cheeks and he'll break out into a smile. So I also follow lor... and you know what? Di-di also smiled at me! Hee hee...

Sometimes when I do my silly dance routine for di-di to watch too... and he'll also respond with a smile. Wah, make me sooo very happy only. Hahaha... Daddy & Mummy say that di-di is gettong more and more responsive day by day. But all I want to know is... When will he get up to run and play with me??? :P

Let's go Boating!

No comments :
Check out my new boat!

Over the weekend, Daddy & Mummy brought me to Punggol Park to play with my remote control boat. The park has got a huge pond, so it serves as a good testing ground for my boat.

From the photos, it does sure look I'm pretty pro at it huh? Hahaha... I act act only lah... When the remote control was in my hands, the poor boat kept banging into the edge of the pond. Poor thing... :P

So in the end, I was just contented to sit by the pond and let Daddy do the steering of the boat. Not a bad way to spend the weekend lah... Hee.
