Stylo Mylo

No comments :
Nowadays, more and more strangers are telling me what a pretty girl I am.

!!!!!

Ok, so off to the barber I go! :P

How's the haircut? Cool huh? If you squint hard enough, you can probably even see the red tinge of colour that's streaking across my mane. And if you've got a fantastic monitor screen, confirm can see the glitter bits in my hair too.

Yup, most definitely stylo.

I'm getting very good at keeping still at the barber liao. Ask me to look up, I look up. Ask me to look down, I look down. As long as after that got sweets for me can already. Hahaha...

Here Wii Go!

No comments :
My NEW toy!

Bah! What an utter lie... it's actually Daddy's new toy - the Nintendo Wii. But Daddy said he bought it for me so that I can hone my motor skills (& maybe Mummy's too). Hahaha...

It's not your usual gaming console whereby you just sit down and play the game with your controller. The wireless remote can be used as a handheld pointing device and can detect motion and rotation in three dimensions. Cheem huh? For example like the bowling game, you'll have to hold the controller and swing your arms back and and forward to release the ball to bowl. Just like an actual bowling game!

So for me, my fave game right now is the bowling one. I'm still getting the hang of it, 'cos sometimes my ball go into the longkang. But I still have loads of fun swinging the remote about! Hahaha...

Mummy loves the tennis and baseball games though, and don't think it's not tiring hor... after a few rounds, Mummy's arms are aching liao. Hee hee... Daddy ah? He busy jumping around... 'cos he playing Mario Bros. Or slashing around in order to save Zelda. :P

E.L.M.O.

No comments :
Finally, the day that di-di and I have been waiting for has arrived.

Well, erm... actually I'm the only excited one lah. Heh. Elmo leh! One of my favourite characters, among many others. :P

So on Saturday, we were off to Downtown East to catch the musical, Elmo's Colouring Book. And I was expecting plenty of dancing, singing and catchy music!

Big Bird was so very the tall can... Daddy had to take more than a few steps back, just so that I could appear in the photo. As for me, I was just simply awed by his towering presence.

We were slightly early for the show after our dinner; so I took the opportunity to play and run about at the big open space of grass outside first.

Yep, that was sure a lot of running! Heh.

And then, I spotted something in the sky.

No lah, not Transformers. They only coming on 28th June. It was the faintest of outline of the moon. And I promptly became the professor and attempted to teach di-di something about the moon.

But he bo-hiu me lah; I think he was much more fascinated by the grass beneath him.

At first, di-di was pretty apprehensive when he touched the grass. 'Cos it was actually his first time touching the prickly grass. So half the time, he was just using his palm to touch the grass while pondering whether it was safe to crawl on it.

But once he had all that figured out, he was off crawling on the grass like a seasoned professional. Hee hee...

Soon, it was time for the show to commence and we all make our way in. Think it was welcomed relief for Daddy 'cos it was air-conditioned inside lor. Hahaha...

And when the show started, my eyes didn't even stray from the stage for one second. As usual. It was that good, for me lah.

So good that when the show ended, I didn't want to leave. I kept insisting that Elmo and friends were still going to come out to perform again. "Some more... some more... some more...", was all I could mutter as I trooped out of the giant tent. Sigh...

Zhng my trike

No comments :
Over the week, I brought my tricycle to the workshop to mod it, in an attempt to make it look more garang. So of course I was expecting to add flashy gold sports rims and a hot-looking body kit to my trike. Oh, and maybe throw in a souped-up spoiler too.

Well...
Erm, in the end we ended up at Daiso lor... where I got for myself a $2 ring-a-ling-a-ling bell and a $2 yellow basket.

So much for wanting a hot trike to pick the up the babes then.

At least, Spidey didn't mind hitching a ride! Hee...

An elegant mess of lines you say?

Daddy and Mummy are more inclined to view it as an elephant.

ViVoFuN

No comments :
Yesterday was one of Daddy's most important days. No, not the start of his diet routine. But Father's Day!

And so, we were off to Vivocity for some makan, shopping and fun!

Think di-di must be pretty pleased with the arrangement too. Hee hee...

It had been quite a while since di-di and me had been to Vivo and I forgot how massive it actually was! In fact, di-di and me fell asleep while Daddy & Mummy were walking in and out of the shops.

But look what I've got when I awoke...

A camera!

Perfect for taking nice pictures. :P

Yep, still at it...

I was really on a roll...

I couldn't stop!

In the end, I did put down my cam to take photo with di-di and Mummy. Heh.

Happy Papa's Day, Daddy! :)

Biking Outing

No comments :
Today, Daddy & Mummy brought di-di and me for our very first bicycle outing at Pasir Ris Park!

Do I look terrified? Hahaha... No lah, in fact I enjoyed it very much! Think di-di too. Erm, of course lah, we just had to sit there and let Daddy & Mummy do the hard work. Shiok only I tell you.

I even had time to stone in front of the beach and enjoy the sea breeze, while Daddy was cooling down after his exercise. Hee hee...

I even got to feed the cute ponies at Gallop Stable after that. I actually wanted to take a ride on the pony too, but the queue was too darn long. So that will have to wait til another time I guess. *hint hint!* :P

Scrambling agility

'Ello ello people! It's the smaller cheekiemonkie; the more bak one here again. :)

I'm learning more and more new things everyday and one of my favourite activities currently is the mad scramble.

Yep, I love to crawl very quickly along the floor, especially when I see a familiar face in front of me.

Only thing is, my crawling method a bit salah lah, or so the adults say. They say I crawl like a caterpillar. Hmpf! Just because my buttocks go up and down when I crawl very funny meh?

Well as long as I can get to my desitnation can already. That's why I'm also undergoing secret training to try to stand on my 2 feet faster; then I no need to crawl liao lor! Hee hee...

A cut and some shopping

No comments :
Today, we went for some jalan jalan at Junction 8, and what's there to do besides makan and shop right? Hee hee...

See the cut above my left eyebrow? Yet another battle scar added to my collection.

I got it sometime last Wednesday when I accidentally smashed my forehead into a toy while I was monkeying around at Ma-ma's place. Nothing too serious, just a gash with blood oozing out of course. Naturally, I was whisked away to the doctor who decided that there was no need for any stitches to be done. (Phew! I like him already!) All that needed to be done was to apply some 'glue' to close up the gash and let it heal.

And yep, there you have it. Another scar to show off how macho I am. :P

But being the shy person I am, me think I need to use something to cover up my injury lah. Something a celebrity always uses too.

Hee hee. Look kewl or not? My new pair of sunglasses! :)

But di-di seemed pretty tickled by it though!

Spot the similarities...

Can you tell the difference(s)?

Both photos were taken around the same time of their life stage; when they were about 9 months plus.

Well at least there's a difference - one's more bak, the other's not as botak.

From my very first movie in a cinema last week, I've progressed to my very first play in a theatre this week! Woo hoo!

Yep, it's called The Little Red Hen and it's a musical play put on especially for kids like me. But I think Daddy & Mummy enjoyed it too; so kids-at-heart also can go watch me think. :)

The play is about how this little ayam found some grains of wheat and she needed help to plant them. But all her kaki, Mouse, Cat & Goose, don't want to help her. So she suck thumb and did all the work herself and in the end harvested the wheat. When she baked fresh roti using the flour from the wheat, all her friends suddenly appeared and wanted to makan too. Of course Miss Ayam angry lor, but she still forgave them and shared her roti with all of them. And in return, they all learned some very valuable lessons about friendship and the importance of helping one another.

There, now you know the story liao... no need to go watch already. Hahaha...

The good thing about this play is that it has catchy songs and music, with colourful characters. I especially liked the Cat most. Hee. Oh, and there's audience interaction too! But I wasn't too responsive lah; I just wanted to watch the play quietly thank you very much.

As usual, I got a bit restless towards the end but I managed to stay til the end lah. Which is a good thing 'cos they gave out free bread after the play! Yum yum!

Sembawang Park

No comments :
Yesterday, all of us, together with Kong-kong & Por-por, went for a nice breezy dinner at Sembawang Park.

Breezy because the nice restaurant was situated beside the beach and it was really shiok to makan and look & hear the sea at the same time. Good for the digestion I think. Hahaha...

Think di-di must have enjoyed himself thoroughly too...

Hmmm, no need to think. Confirm he enjoy lah! :P

As usual, any place that has a large enough space for me to work out the fats from my dinner gets my 2 thumbs up!

Oh, and Kong-kong & Por-por will be going away to China for 2 weeks. Haiz... nobody to bring me to playground and shopping on Sundays liao. But at least I'll be able to look forward to loads of presents! Hee hee... And di-di too of course. :P

Under Where?

No comments :
Today marks yet another milestone in my life!

Yep, it's underwear time finally, where I have to learn how to let the adults know when I need to go to the toilet, instead of turning on the tap on a whim.

So far, it has been quite alright. No major accidents yet. Hee hee...

Maybe that's because I love wearing my Thomas the Train underwear. If he kena wet by me, very heart pain lah. :P
