The carnival ground will be open from 5.00pm on both days with a good variety of light snacks, interactive arcade games, exciting inflatables and cool prizes to complete the experience. Movie screening will start after sunset at 7.30pm. While outdoor chairs are available, the seats are limited. Attendees are welcome to bring your own picnic mats and bean bags to chope your favourite spot early.

Returning for its 29th edition, the Singapore Food Festival (SFF) celebrates the richness of Singapore’s food culture and the creativity of our culinary talent who are reimagining Singaporean cuisine. The giant lantern displays are switched on again at Jurong Lake Gardens! In celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Lights by the Lake 2022 is back with the annual light display of massive hand-crafted lanterns.



This year, the lanterns are concentrated at two main areas - Lakeside Field and along ABC Waters Jurong Lake. The popular 'It's A Small World' lantern displays at Lakeside Field showcases various landmarks around the world from Italy, Egypt to Thailand and Malaysia. Do check out the four-seasons thematic lanterns display depicting spring, summer, fall and winter along the lake near ABC Waters Jurong Lake too!

For the first time in Singapore, Pixar Putt Asia is setting up home at the Waterfront Promenade at Marina Bay Sands! Inspired by the stories, characters, and icons from some of Disney and Pixar’s most beloved films, Pixar Putt is an open air, pop-up mini-golf sensation made up of interactive putt-putt holes.


There are 18 holes in total and each hole is based on a Pixar movie with an accompanying board which explains the rationale of how it was created. It also provides tips and instructions on how to play the hole. I'm a Pixar fan since its 'A Bug's Life' days so it's pretty cool seeing all these mini-golf holes modelled after the Pixar movies! Mexican culture and heritage takes centre stage at the Gardens’ latest floral display! Presented in collaboration with the Embassy of Mexico, Hanging Gardens – Mexican Roots showcases vibrant floral interpretations and icons of ancient Mexican civilisations, including a 4.5m-tall reproduction of the iconic Chichén Itzá pyramid of the Mayans, the Aztec double-headed serpent, food and plants endemic to Mexico such as corns, chillies and tomatoes; and medallions with mosaic designs composed of seeds, beans and pulses. Introducing Otah & Friends: Go Gai Gai - Hidden Joo Chiat, a new outdoor discovery game series in partnership with Hidden Singapore. Solve clues, learn bits of history, and discover hidden gems as you explore a specific neighbourhood! It's the perfect mash-up between a walking tour and an outdoor escape room! Parents can look forward to earning major parenting points as they become the ultimate game master for their kids, dishing out Otah's riddles and rewards! There are some fun history bites for everyone as well. 


So how does this outdoor discovery game work? After a customer buys a ticket, they can start the game any day between 10:00 and 17:00, so no need to worry about weather, illness, or unexpected situations! The game takes place entirely over Whatsapp, and Otah (aided by Hidden Singapore's Void Deck Cat chatbot) will guide them step by step. The recommended age is 6 and up due to the physical intensity.
