Fresher Breath, Fresher Me

Advertorial
(Daddy brushes)

Do you know what else is important apart from flashing a megawatt smile, with a nice set of white teeth to boot?

Having fresher oral breath, that's what! Because let's face it, bad breath can be a major turn-off... be it when talking to our friends, colleagues or family members. Yes, the last group of people tend to be the most brutally honest, especially if they come in the form of children.

I have endured my fair share of embarrassing moments outside when I was carrying Ale and she just blurted out loud, "Daddy, your mouth is very smelly you know!!!" Cue that hang-my-head-in-shame moment.

Luckily though, those days appear to be over... all thanks to Darlie's all-new Expert Fresh toothpaste!

As its name implies, this toothpaste is set for all rounded care for oral health. Because anaerobic
bacteria in the mouth produces volatile sulfur compounds, these little buggers can cause unpleasant smell and hence, bad breath. Not only that, the risk of having bad breath escalates when food debris remain in the warm and moist environment in the mouth, forming dental plaque, gum inflammation, and tartar accumulation.

And this is where Darlie Expert Fresh toothpaste comes in to work its magic. Check out Darlie Expert Fresh TVC HERE.

The toothpaste contains an advance, active Zinc Citrate formula, which can minimize the formation of dental plaque and tartar for long period of time. This effectively removes unpleasant smell forming in the oral area, and provides long periods of protection for good oral breath in the process.

Or at least that was what the packaging said. So there was only one thing left to do - test it out for myself. But this time, Ayd volunteered to try out the toothpaste together with me as well!

Yes, children above 6 years old are suited to use the toothpaste... as long as they can take the minty flavour. Ayd, for one, loved the "super-cooling" after-taste right after he had rinsed his mouth.

The cool thing - and I mean both literally and metaphorically - about the Active Zinc Citrate formula present in the Darlie Expert Fresh toothpaste is its dual functions.

On one hand, it attacks the source of bad breath and massacres oral bacteria while also forming a protective shield to Defend against plaque build-up. So it is no wonder that with such Attack - Defend system, bad breath can be kept at bay through simple oral hygiene regime daily giving me the 12 hours of fresh breath I had always dreamed of!

And just to verify Darlie's claims of a 12-hour protection system, I replaced my usual toothpaste and used the Expert Fresh one just before bedtime.

And what of the next morning when I awoke?

Well, my breath was still stinky but definitely not as pungent as before! Just ask Ale, who had to be the unfortunate smell-analyzer. But at least, she accepts morning kisses from me now! So based on that alone, I have to say that this toothpaste worked better than all of my previous toothpaste.

I also have got to give a shout-out to Darlie Expert Fresh toothpaste's flip cover. Because if you have monkies like I do, you will understand what it feels like to fish out screw-on caps from the usual toothpaste tubes from sinkhole, or worse, the toilet bowl.

One of the toughest things to maintain is no doubt oral hygiene and hence, fresh breath. Well, I will say my weight too but that is a different story altogether.

With the ever-increasing pace of life, an oral hygiene session in the morning can only had its freshness last for few hours, so I definitely will need all the help I can get. With my daily usage of Darlie Expert Fresh toothpaste, I am more confident of having longer-lasting fresh breath even after brushing. That, and the reduction of Ale's sudden outbursts too.
