Kids Activities for June School Holidays 2013

(Daddy compiles)

Well well well, what do you know... we are into 5 months of 2013 and the mid-year school holidays are upon us once again. Apparently it couldn't come any faster for Ash and Ayd though, who are literally counting down the days before they get to wake up late for 4 whole weeks.

Okay me too actually.

But with holidays comes brain-racking moments of agony too because let's face it - it ain't exactly easy trying to keep our kids occupied during the school holidays too. And so, here is my June School Holidays 2013 list of activities for the most precious buggers in our lives - our Kids. Hope that you will find it useful!

P.S. I will update the list as more information trickle in along the way. Do bookmark this post! :)

What if children were in charge of the way Singapore looked for one day? Will zombies and aliens lurk the city streets? Will zebras be living in the clouds? Will sea monsters appear in Marina Bay? Created for children aged between 6 and 12, this exhibition presents a combination of photography, illustration and stories which children can be a part of.

On the walls is Singapore captured in quirky black and white photography accompanied by kooky illustrations and stories to inspire the imagination. Children are invited to look at this world and build on what they see through art. A bucketful of tools including crayons, stickers and stencils will be provided for kids to doodle, colour and write on the walls. There are no rules. Just bring along your imagination and get ready to Leave Your Mark! More information: www.facebook.com/LeaveYourMark.Exhibition
